What to Pack for a Spa Vacation
The purpose of a spa getaway is to relax and revitalize.
• Leave the power suit and the high heels at home.
• Most spas don't allow cell phones or laptops in common areas to maintain the noncommercial, no pressure atmosphere.
• Dress is casual -- and beyond. While there may be activities available such as hiking or shopping, for the most part you'll be lounging and participating in body treatments and calming classes. Prepare to be pampered.

•2 Swimsuits
•Several changes of your favorite workout gear, yoga pants, etc.
•For the cool climates:
Sweatshirt, heavy socks. Comfy sweaters and wraps
•For warm climates:
Lightweight pants, shorts, linen tops and tees.
•PJs of your choice.
•Shoes - walking shoes, slippers, sandals, flats.
What not to bring:
Robes, lotions, hair products, body cleansing products. Spas will provide these!
